As we share our final blog post of the year, we want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who has been part of the Lewin Real Estate journey throughout 2025. To our vendors, buyers, landlords and supporters across Bayside and Kingston — thank you for trusting our team with your property decisions. Representing your homes and guiding you through such important milestones is a responsibility we never take lightly.
While we’re nearing the end of the year, the momentum certainly hasn’t slowed. We still have two auctions taking place tomorrow, with 1/97 Rowans Road, Moorabbin at 11.00am, followed by 2/11 Argus Street, Cheltenham at 3.00pm. We wish our vendors the very best and look forward to strong buyer interest on the day.
Looking ahead, planning is already well underway for 2026. With auctions booked for February and a strong pipeline of properties preparing to launch, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes. Be sure to keep an eye on our social media channels over the coming weeks as we begin sharing upcoming property launches and market updates.
To finish the year on a lighter note, we thought we’d share something a little different. Behind every polished video, auction campaign and social post is plenty of retakes, missed lines and laughter — and our blooper video captures exactly that. It’s a fun reminder that while we take our work seriously, we also enjoy working together as a team.
