Lewin Real Estate was created from “customer demand” to provide a personalised service utilising the successful systems that have been developed over the last 20 years.
We are a cloud based agency, utilising cutting edge technology to match buyers and sellers together and ultimately create a great result for our Vendors. We work closely with our Vendors and provide a ‘tailor made” marketing plan which is specific to each property.
We believe that the closer we work with our Vendors, the easier it is for them to make an educated decision whether to sell, rent or even hold off. We are here to offer honest advice and care about each individual’s circumstances.

Warren has worked within the real estate industry for over 27 years. As a past CEO / Director of a boutique franchise business, he doubled its size, has won numerous awards and delivered over 1,500 coaching sessions to experienced and new agents entering the profession.
He is a hands-on leader in the industry, attending opens, listing presentations, meeting with vendors and auctioning most Saturdays. Warren provides knowledge and understanding around the importance of communication and building relationships with clients.
